QUETTA: The Balochistah High Court (BHC) on Tuesday rejected the interim bail plea of the accused in Akbar Bugti murder case, Dunya News reported.
The court cancelled the interim bails of former Balochistan Chief minister Jam Muhammad, former Interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao and former provincial interior minister Mir Shoaib.
During case proceeding, Jamil Bugti’s lawyer told court that red warrant against the then president Pervez Musharraf has not been issued as yet.
The court directed the federal government to submit a report regarding issuance of red warrant against former president.
The case hearing was adjourned till February 7.
