Summary The Supreme Court will issue its judgment on appointment of Islamabad High Court judges today.
A constitutional petition was filed by Nadim Ahmed Advocate against the non-issuance of notification of appointment for Islamabad High Court.
The five-judge special bench headed by Justice Khilji Arif Hussain had reserved its judgment after completing the proceedings on December 7. The Supreme Court will issue its judgment today.
