Summary Bokhari lauded media’s role in eradicating corruption.

 

ISLAMABAD: The Chairman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Admiral (retd) Fasih Bokhari on Thursday said that corruption was a longstanding issue of Pakistan, Dunya News reported.

 

While talking to media in Islamabad, the NAB chairman said that it was imperative to amend the system in order to eliminate corruption.

 

Bokhari  said that 59 laws were passed to tackle corruption since Pakistan came into being.
