Summary At least 11 people were killed in target killing in different parts of Karachi on Saturday.
Target killing and incidents of violence continued in Karachi and 11 more innocent lives were lost in different localities of the city.
Accordinf to details a man was shot dead in Ayub Goth area of New Karachi while two women were critically injured in a firing incident in Bohri Bazaar. Both the wounded women were rushed to Jinnah Hospital where one Nafeesa died of her injuries.
In another incident, a man was shot dead in Gulshan Maymaar while Intezar Alvi was gunned down in Jahangirabad area of Gulbahar.
In Bilal Colony, some unidentified persons opened fire and shot dead a man while police have recovered three dead bodies from Saadi Town, Valika Chorangi and Ramswami areas. Police said that the deceased were shot dead after abduction from different areas of the city.
Dead body of a man, drowned in sea, was also recovered from West Warf area near Kimari while a man, Identified as Iqbal, was shot dead on Napier Road.
Meanwhile, a dacoit was shot dead in an encounter with police in New Town area while two others manged to escape.
