Summary PML-Q Secretary General Mushahid Hussain Syed has suggested PM Gilani to resign from office.
Authority is mortal. If the appeal filed by PM Gilani in contempt of case is rejected, the PML-Q would not stand by the government, he said.He was addressing Ewan-e-Karkunan e Pakistan ceremony. Later, while talking to the media, he said that the decision taken by the Supreme Court should be followed in their true spirit. He said that PM Ginali should resign from his office while keeping in view moral code of conduct.“History records that whenever politicians clashed each other, it always resulted in military dictatorship. Current political clashes of politicians are leading the country to martial law”, he said.He said that the Pakistan Army has given a warning on April 30 regarding rule of law in accordance with true spirit of the constitution. If Nawaz Sharif is desirous for countrywide demonstrations, he should launch a long march against loadshedding, inflation and terrorism.
