India handovers dossier on 26/11 attack to Pakistan

Summary India has finally handed over the report on Mumbai attacks to Pakistan.

According to the report, Ajmal Kasab along with his 10 companions entered India from Pakistani territorial waters.The report claims that Ajmal Kasab was under training for six months before attacking on Mumbai in Pakistan while Hafiz Saeed and Abdul Rehman Makki were assisting the attackers via telephone. The report also contains the telephone numbers of both accused.The FIA’s prosecutor general Chaudhry Zulfiqar has presented the report in Rawalpindi anti-terrorism special court.Making report a part of the proceeding, the court will hear the case on April 28.The Mumbai attacks in November 2008 killed 164 people and wounded at least 308 people.
