Summary Hearing of case against Pervez Musharraf under Article 6 in LHC has been adjourned till April 20.
Petitioner’s lawyer Rana Alamuddin Ghazi during the hearing of the case requested Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed in the Lahore High Court that Musharraf broke the constitution of the country and killed innocent people in the Lal Masjid operation, hence proceedings against him should start in accordance with Article 6.Taking action on the petition, the court adjourned hearing of the case till April 20, to start the proceeding in accordance with Article 6.
