Performance of prosecution is nil: SC

During the hearing of maid abduction case, the concerned SP sought more time for the recovery of Sobia who had gone missing for last 11 months.Expressing dissatisfaction over the performance, Justice Jawad Khawaja criticized the performance of the police and adjounred the hearing till April 11.A two-member bench under the supervision of Justice Jawad S Khawaja heard the case in Supreme Court’s Lahore registry. Sobia was a maid at the Shadman house of Muhammad Attique in Lahore. Ishaq of Nankana Sahib who claimed to be his father filed a petition earlier for her recovery.
