Summary Secret agencies have prepared report regarding chaos and anarchy in Karachi.

There is tremendous menace of bloodletting in the metropolis before general polls, it is noted in the report.According to the report, gross accusations have been labeled against some ministers of a big political party in Sindh.It has also been revealed in the report that the PPP ministers, SSP Malir Rao Anwar and other police officers are involved in encroachments. They also have allegedly constructed secret dens particularly in Malir, Dalmia and Pak Colony.The report further says the coalition partners of Sindh Government also in possession of sophisticated and modern weapons; that is why police and Rangers are unable to overcome critical situation.About 900 people have been killed on mere linguistic basis from January 2010 till now while 57 people were condemned to death in sectarian riots.It has also been revealed in the report that political parties monopolize their hold by target-killings.
