Summary PML-N has decided to raise Karachi issue in the parliament for discussion.
This decision has been taken on the direction of the party leadership.PML-N Senator Pervez Rashid said that his party is going to submit a cut motion in the National Assembly and Senate to discuss law and order situation in Karachi in detail.Highlighting the situation, he said that it were political parties, not the masses, which were clashing each other for their vested interests in the metropolis.Law and order situation of the city is at the mercy of miscreants while government writ is seldom seen in the city as criminal-minded miscreants are wandering in the metropolis without any check, the PML-N senator said.He said that the political parties had not dismantled their martial wings despite Supreme Court orders.He said that national institutions should be provided with an opportunity to perform their duties without any political repression and involvement.
