Summary Poland defense agreement with Pakistan is subjected to find killers of Polish citizens in Pakistan.

The Polish government has asked Pakistan to sign a legal agreement consist of 22 provisions under which Pakistan and Poland will jointly launch a search operation to find killers of a Polish engineer Piotr Stanezk.Dunya News has acquired the documents regarding the agreement.It is learnt that draft of this secrete legal agreement will be presented before the cabinet today (Wednesday) under Poland’s government pressure.Poland had threatened that in case of disagreement, it will favour India for trade in European markets instead of Pakistan.A Polish engineer, who came to Pakistan for assistance in drilling for oil and gas, was abducted by Taliban leader Qari Hussain on September 28, 2008. The then Taliban chief Baitullah Mehsud also tried to get the abducted Polish citizen for the release of his arrested accomplices. However, Qari Hussain did not agree with Baitullah Mehsud and killed the Polish engineer in February 2009.
