Summary Shahid Orakzai has submitted his affidavit in Supreme Court in Asghar Khan case.
Shahid Orakzai, in his affidavit, said that hearing of Asghar Khan case was conducted on the directions of then DG ISI Ziauddin Butt who wanted to pile up pressure on the prime minister after failure of Kargil operation.Orakzai said that he informed the prime minister’s Political Secretary Col Mushtaq Tahir Khaili prior to the hearing of this case.He caliamed that on the basis of these information Nawaz Sharif took step of removing Pervez Musharraf.
