Summary Cooperation will strengthen the scientific infrastructure in the country.
ISLAMABAD: A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) and Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS) for advancement of technical cooperation.
As per this MoU PARC and LUAWMS, recognizing that mutual scientific and technical cooperation will advance the state of science and technology within the country and strengthen the scientific infrastructure and will bring benefits to both sides hereby agreed to cooperate.
The PARC and LUAWMS undertake to pursue a program of scientific technical and academic collaboration for the exchange of ideas, skill and techniques on problems of national interest as agreed from time to time and initially the cooperation may include the exchange and training of technical personnel and material with no cost for research and academic development.
Under MOU joint or coordinated scientific research and technological development programs in selected areas will be taken place and will be held joint conferences, seminars, symposia, and workshops at National and International level.
It will also help to access to knowledge, data, library and labs at the institution and establishment of the two parties and Mutual sharing and exchange of scientific information, research material and internships.
