GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – A 10-year-old boy suspected of killing four-year-old Zunaira was presented before medical board on Monday in Gujranwala.
A case has been registered in Dhalla police station against the suspect.
According to the boy’s statement, the girl died after he threw a brick on her.
