KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday has ordered the investigation officers to file a case against the woman for kidnapping own husband.
According to details, the plaintiff alleged that the victim Adnan was abducted by his own wife Sobia over property issue.
The claimant requested the court to order case registration against suspect Sobia as Landhi police is showing inefficient investigation in the matter.
Subsequently, the court has directed the police personnel to file case against the culprit.
