Summary Pak foreign exchange reserves increased by $30.6m to reach $17.202 b as compared to previous week.
According to a report issued by the State bank of Pakistan, SBP held reserves worth dollars 13.462 billion and by others bank dollars 3.740 billion.“The little rise in reserves could be attributed to remittances by overseas Pakistanis due to preparations for upcoming Eidul Azha celebration,” market experts said.
