Summary During the week ending December 9, the country's total reserves decreased by US$ 50 million.
ISLAMABAD (APP) - The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$ 23,294.8 million on December 9.
According to the break up of the foreign reserves position, foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) were at US$ 18,323.2 million and net foreign reserves held by commercial banks were at US$ 4,971.6 million, a SBP statement issued here on Thursday said.
During the week ending December 9, the country’s total reserves decreased by US$ 50 million to US$ 23,294.8 million on account of external debt financing.
