Karachi stock market witnessed an acute bull run on Wednesday as the benchmark 100-index surged by 193 points. The business activities started in positive territory and the trend continued the whole day. Buying was witnessed upon the news about investment in the country and local and foreign investors were seen confident. At one point the market surged by more than 200 points however the KSE-100 index closed at 9836, up 2.4 percent with trade volume amounting to 340 million shares. Bank Alfalah remained volume leader with trade volume of 38.1 million shares and share price of Rs 14.15, up Rs 0.57.
