LAYYAH (Dunya News) – A minor girl and two women sustained critical burns after a gas cylinder blast occurred due to a gas leakage in Fateh Pur, Ward-7 here on Saturday.
The cylinder explosion caused a fire, which engulfed the house, burning three persons, who were identified as Fatima, 2, Muqadas, 29, and Shahida, 50.
Having being informed, police and rescuers rushed the scene and shifted the burnt women and child to hospital in a critical condition.
Police were investigating. Sources of Tehsil Headquarters Hospital said that all the three patients were in a precarious condition. The hospital administration was providing them with best possible treatment facilities.
