KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Hindu Council on Sunday staged a protest at Shiv Mandir in Karachi’s Clifton area against the recent statement of Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
The protesters chanted slogans against the Indian Defence Minister’s controversial statement, saying, Sindh is our motherland and Pakistan is our beloved country.
They stated that the Indian Defence Minister’s remarks about Sindh are contrary to the facts and added that Rajnath’s statement is an insult to Pakistani Hindu community.
In Hyderabad, the Hindu community and the All Hindu Panchayat also held protests and strongly condemned the Indian Defence Minister’s remarks on Sindh.
They said not only would Sindh always remain a part of Pakistan, but the lost parts of Sindh, which had been occupied by India, would also be taken back from the neighbouring country.
