(Web Desk)- Indian musician Palash Muchhal and women’s cricketer Smriti Mandhana have finally confirmed the rumors regarding the cancellation of their wedding.
Smriti Mandhana stated in her Instagram story that she has always kept her personal life extremely private and therefore wished to share only this much that the wedding will no longer take place.
Shortly after Smriti’s announcement, Palash Muchhal also shared a lengthy note on Instagram, firmly denying circulating rumors regarding infidelity or other controversies. He stated that he has decided to move forward in his life but expressed that the baseless claims on social media caused him significant distress.
Palash described this period as the most difficult time of his life and said he intends to handle it with dignity. He also warned that his team would take strict legal action against anyone spreading false or defamatory content.

Originally, the wedding was scheduled for 23 November 2025 in Sangli, Maharashtra. However, due to Smriti’s father’s health issues and Palash’s subsequent hospitalization, the couple had retreated from media and social platforms, fueling speculation about the status of their marriage.
