Summary Pakistan's benchmark index rises more than 2,300 points in early trade, reclaiming the 178,000-point level.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Pakistan's stock market opened sharply higher on Tuesday, with strong buying pushing the benchmark KSE-100 Index back above the 178,000-point mark.
At the start of the second trading session of the week, the index gained more than 2,300 points to reach 178,370.
The benchmark index had closed at 175,927 in the previous trading session.
