Summary Some unknown persons reportedly fired gun shots near the White House, in Washington.
According to police authorities, two officers heard gunshots and saw two vehicles speeding down Constitution Avenue. One vehicle was found abandoned just before the Roosevelt Bridge. Witnesses saw the driver flee.An AK-47 assault rifle was also found from another vehicle.US Park Police and Security Service have cordoned off the area while Constitution Avenue has been closed between 15th and 17th Streets.Police have launched search operation to arrest unknown persons who reportedly fired 5 gunshots.
