Summary Leaders of the world's biggest economies vowed to provide resources to IMF to tackle debt crisis.
The worlds biggest economies will provide additional resources to the International Monetary Fund to help tackle the European debt crisis, European Union President Herman Van Rompuy said on Friday.Earlier, sources close to the negotiations had said countries would be allowed to make voluntary contributions to boost the war chest of the IMF, the worlds lender of last resort, despite US reservations.
