Chinas foreign minister is calling for the US to revoke its latest decision to sell arms to Taiwan, saying it seriously undermines ties between the superpowers.But Yang Jiechi concluded his wide-ranging speech to American businessmen on a positive note.He said that the US-China relationship will overcome the difficulties and continue to move forward.On Wednesday, the Obama administration notified Congress of its intent to upgrade Taiwans fleet of F-16s. It deferred a decision on selling new warplanes widely seen as a concession to Beijing.Yang said arms sales grossly interfered in Chinas internal affairs.Beijing regards self-governing Taiwan as its territory. Yang is attending the UN General Assembly in New York.
