A White House spokesman said that President Obama will visit Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) headquarters in Virginia to honour agents for their excellent work in tracking down Osama bin Laden.President Barack Obama will also deliver a policy statement at the State Department about historic changes in the Middle East.
