Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has chaired the meeting of Nuclear Command and Control Authority to discuss the issue. Many apprehensions were expressed in the meeting. The participants were told about the US vice defence minister’s statement that plutonium war heads are being manufactured in Khushab and that Pakistan has left France behind in N-technology.The meeting also pondered upon DG ISI’s statements. Indian Army has demanded the political leadership to hand over Agni missiles and 12 atomic submarines to it.
