It is also exploiting the illegal expatriates, he maintained. They are paid less than usual wages. Obama intends to introduce the law through which over 11 million illegal residents could get citizenship; foreign students could work and establish their own business in America. We should not punish the youth for the illegal acts of their parents, he said.The republicans said Obama could not get through this legislation even if he had the majority in the House of Representatives
