Summary Nearly 100 Gaddafi supporters gathered to express their support for their leader.
The demonstrators held portraits of Gadhafi and shouted their appreciations for Gadhafi. Most of the demonstrators were women and children. Some held banners to show their resolution to fight till dead for Gaddafi. The demonstrators expressed their confidence in the government forces to dispel the anti-government protesters and Western forces soon, and in the unification and territorial integration of Libya.As for Libyan Foreign Minister Moussa Koussas reported defection to London is concerned, most of the demonstrators believed it was a conspiracy of Western powers to divide the country. It remains to be seen how much control and impact Gaddafi still has in this country amid the seemingly enthusiastic popular support.
