Blizzard conditions were developing in Minnesota due to which local departments were unable to reach and remove the snow. A local of Minnesota decided to install a blade with his own vehicle and started removing snow from the roadways. He stated that if we keep waiting for help of local administration in this extreme weather, then nothing could be done.
