Facebook ranked lowest in consumer satisfaction

Facebook is ranked lowest on consumer satisfaction whereas Wikipedia scored highest by achieving 78 on the scale of consumer satisfaction.The report used data from over 70,000 customers and measures satisfaction on a scale on 1-100. After Wikipedia, YouTube (Google) came in second place with 74 whereas social networking giant Facebook came last with a score of 66. This trend away from Facebook is because of decline in active users throughout the North America and parts of Northern Europe.This customer dissatisfaction with Facebook might lead customers to switch to Google s new social network Google which already has captured 18million users. This year the social media reported three websites only; Wikipedia, Facebook, and YouTube (Google).
