Winklevoss say Facebook hid information

A day after Winklevoss brothers decided not to appeal US Supreme Court against social networking giant Facebook they decided suddenly to push ahead with another suit.Olympic rowing twins along with their business partner, Divya Narendra, would move the court for discovery on whether Facebook intentionally or inadvertently suppressed evidence during settlement proceedings over claims that Zuckerberg stole their idea for a college social networking website.Winklevoss claim that Facebook should have disclosed those documents during the original settlement discussions. They say that Facebook hid information from them, and that they deserved more money.The settlement intended to resolve the dispute over the two parties claiming the idea of Facebook to be theirs. The idea for what became the worlds most popular social networking website. Their battle was dramatized in the 2010 film The Social Network.”
