Facebook more aggressive suitor than Google

Facebook looks likely to be a more aggressive suitor than Google. A deal involving Skype could be valued at $3 billion to $4 billion. Facebook seems to be a better companion in the deal as Skype completes Facebook by providing assets it does not have. Both Google and Facebook are interested to sign a deal with Skype, the popular web video telephony service used by millions around the globe for communication.But the deal seems more valuable asset to Facebook than to Google because Google already has voice chat and video capabilities. Facebook seems to be more interested in the deal as it would encourage people to spend more time on the site and benefiting them more through video calls and voice chats.Some speculate that Google could be bidding for Skype just to keep it out of the hands of other companies because any deal that takes a great deal out of the hands of Facebook will be a victory for Google.
