Ladens video used as computer scam

Computers hackers spread malicious software through scams that promise access to videos of the historic killing of al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.One of the campaigns targets Facebook users who receive emails from friends to urge them to cut and paste a string of malicious text to give them access to the video of Osama bin Laden’s killing. When users follow the directions in the e-mail, they end up granting full access to their account to hackers.Another campaign is exploiting the al Qaeda leaders death using regular e-mails causing malicious software to be downloaded on the PC. The viruses that are downloaded are often programmed to steal a users personal identity information. Such cyber attacks are mostly planned by the hackers with the occurrence of any huge event.
