Summary PCB has replaced Intikhab Alam with Akram Naveed Cheema as manger for Zimbabwe tour.
Naveed is member of the PCB Governing Board. Intikhab is serving as National Cricket Academy’s director these days. Sources said the PCB wants to make most of Inti’s services for the Academy. Pakistan will play two T20s, one Test and three one days in Zimbabwe.Earlier some media reports said PCB had sought explanation from Intikhab Alam and chief selector Mohsin Khan over sudden inclusion of eight players in the fast-track coaching camp in Lahore.An official of the PCB had inquired from Alam how these players were inducted into the camp without the clearance of the board.
