Summary Pakistans Wrestlers in Commonwealth Wrestling Championship have been denied Australian visas.
The championship will start from August 5 in Melbourne, but the participant of the event looks bleak as they have not been issued visas by the Australian consulate.According to Pakistan Wrestling Federation (PWF), the Australian consulate asked them for a letter from the Pakistan Sports Board asking them that who would bear the PWF’s expenses for this event.A contingent of seven wrestlers comprising Azhar Hussain (55kg), Goga (50kg), Mohammad Suleman (66kg), Mohammad Ali (74kg), Mohammad Inam (84kg), Shahid Usman (96kg), Mohammad Usman (120kg) will to participate in the event.
