Summary Ex-Skipper Shahid Afridi has said he could consider resuming international cricket if PCB revamped.
Afridi said all the allegations leveled against him by PCB chief Ijaz Butt were baseless. “I felt disappointed by all this,” he said, adding that he could withdraw retirment if good officials took over PCB. Talking to the media in Karachi, Afridi said Pakistan cricket team reaching the semi-final made him a hero, though many a people tried to portray him zero. Some people bent over backwards to defame me, he said.“I always played for Pakistan and I would respect the wishes of the fans,” said the former captain.
