Ishant Sharma’s career-best figures of 6 for 55 gave India a slender lead over West Indies on the third day of the second Test at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.Ishant, playing his 33rd Test match, also became the fifth youngest bowler ever and the third youngest Indian to take 100 wickets in Test cricket, as West Indies were all out for 190 in their first innings in response to Indias 201.Marlon Samuels was top scorer for the home side, making 78 runs while Shivnarine Chanderpaul contributed 37 runs.India were 23 without loss in their second innings at the close of third day’s play. Openers Murali Vijay and Abhinav Mukund will resume batting on day four.
