Summary Sania Mirza stormed into mixed doubles quarterfinals on Thursday with a straight set win.
Sania and Rohan Bopanna beat Czech Republics Martin Damm and Renata Voracova 6-3, 6-0 in a match that lasted around an hour. Both broke their opponent twice in the first set and thrice in the second to enter the last eight. They next face Paul Hanley of Australia and Su-Wei Hsieh of Chinese Taipei. Sania has also entered the semi-finals of womens doubles along with her Russian partner Elena Vesnina.
