The trader said that the drop in prices is to celebrate Pakistan’s victory in the World Cup quarter-finals against West Indies. The said he lowered the price so other people can also celebrate the victory.He also said that if Pakistan faces India in the semi-finals and beats them to reach the World Cup final; he will lower the prices by at least 20 Rs per kilo, even if he has to sell the fruits and vegetable to the people with no profit.
