National hockey team receives Rs.1.6 million as prize money

A ceremony was held in National Hockey Stadium to distribute the prize money among the players of the team.Provincial Education Minister Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman was chief guest on behalf of the Punjab Chief Minister.The minister said that the national heroes have always heightened the pride of the country which is commendable, while, the chief minister assured his contribution for the promotion of hockey in future.
