KHANEWAL (APP) - Trials for the 36th National Boxing Championship will be started at Wapda Sports Stadium, Lahore from Wednesday, January 3.
Media Coordinator of Punjab Boxing Association Pervez Raja, said here Tuesday that players between 19 and 40 years of age would be selected during the trials.
Candidates must have ID cards and Pakistan Medical Cards for taking part in trials. Physical weight of the boxers should be around 91, 81, 75, 69, 64, 60, 56, 52, 49 depending upon participants’ height and age, he said. The event is being orchestrated by Pakistan Boxing Federation.
