Summary UPDATED: Pakistan will play its first World Cup match against Kenya today at Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium, Sooriyawewa, Hambantota.

The play will kicked off at 2 pm Pakistani time and the final squad will be picked before the match. The match will be played at pitch number two of the ground that is expected to favor seamers as well as spinners.Waqar Younis, Pakistani coach, said that though green shirts have been through horrible circumstances, the side still has an aura of a dangerous opposition.Pakistan and Kenya last played against each other in September 2004. Both sides will meet on the field after seven years.Pakistan have played five one day internationals against Kenya and maintained 100% victory record against the African side.
