While talking to the media in Hambantota, Shahid Afridi said that even if the competition is with Kenya or Sri Lanka, they will not take any opposition lightly. He said that the target was to win every group match to get to the knock out stages and for that each player in the team will be working hard. Shahid Afridi said that he can never forget the bitter memories of the 2007 world cup when they lost the match against Ireland.
