(Web Desk) – A dispute broke out on Kabaddi ground in India which resulted in injuring one individual. Delhi police is investigating the matter after the terrible incident.
A boy was shot following the fight between both Kabaddi teams. They had an argument over team scores. The match was played in a Delhi suburb and players of both teams claimed the other side cheated. As the teams were fighting over their scores, a couple of men from the crowd jumped into the dispute and the confrontation escalated.

The angry spectators made the matter tense and gunshot was heard. The bullet struck one of the players’ head. The 17-year-old, identified as Avinash, was quickly admitted to the nearby hospital where he received medical treatment. The boy is stable now, according to the Indian reports.
Avinash’s family was shocked at the incident and called it unfortunate. His parents said their son is innocent and playing Kabaddi has remained his childhood passion. “My son loves playing Kabaddi and also participated in tournament organised by Delhi State Kabaddi Association last year at Jasola,” said his father Maurya.
The injured boy is a student of grade XI. He studies at the local government school. His parents complained that no one from the team came to help their child who was in a miserable condition.
