Summary About 26 accused of torturing a 50-years-old woman were sent on remand for 14 days.
The court ordered to hand them over to the police.According to police, the accused Ayyab Kashmiri offered of wedding to the victim who refused to do so.At this, Ayyab, the accused, along with his aides not only torture her brutally and mercilessly but also surrounded her by sitting her on the back of donkey.Later, the ill-fated woman was banished out of the village. After five days of incident, Police registered case against accused and produced them in the court which ordered to hand them over to the police on remand for 14 days.
