Summary Owners of coaches between Quetta and Karachi protested against robberies on national highways.
As law and order situation deteriorates, passengers travelling on National Highways are also deprived of their valuables by robbers.Drivers complained that management is involved in these incidents, that is the reason that coaches from Quetta to Karachi are being looted in the broad daylight while armed robbers manage to escape after firing.Passengers going to other cities from Quetta are facing serious problems due to the strike of transporters for the last two days.However, the transporters are committed to continuing their strike until their just demands are fulfilled.Despite checkposts of levies and FC, dacoity incidents are increasing by the day, they said.Transporters from the entire province halted the coaches till the provision of proper security.
