Summary Poor mother chained her three mentally challenged daughters in the room for cattles.
Three daughters, 16-year-old Aqeela, 14-year-old Shabana, 8-year old Farzana, of Abdul Qayyum of Basti Khair Muhammad in the outskirt of Khan Pur have become mentally retarded due to a mysterious disease.The mother of mentally challenged girls told Dunya News that her husband has thrown her out from house along with her daughters. I have no money to even feed them, how I can have their treatment, she asked.She also said that her 5-year-old mentally ill son has already been died after jumping into the river therefore; she has chained them in the place of cattle. The affected family has appealed to the government for help.
