Summary LHC remarked if the Punjab government cannot function then it should inform the court.
The Lahore High Court conducted hearing of a case against a Gujranwala female teacher who was possessing domiciles of two districts.The Chief Justice Lahore High Court, Justice Azmat Saeed remarked it seems that the US president can also achieve domicile of Pattoki and if Hillary Clinton wants she can also get a domicile from Kamoke. He said that the influential persons can receive their domicile at home even without any application.The CJ said what the common people will do when a government servant holds dual domiciles.The Chief Justice said to the Additional Advocate General the the court should be informed if the Punjab government cannot be run by the present rulers.The Lahore High Court has sought reply from the Punjab government and secretary schools.
