Summary The LHC has accepted a petition of a girl regarding denial of a yellow cab.
Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan of the Lahore High Court conducted the hearing of the petition regarding a yellow cab scheme filled by a postgraduate degree holder girl.Complainant Hina Ehtasham told the court that she was a master degree holder but the Punjab government did not give her the yellow cab car despite the fact that she was totally on merit.She further told the court that she has tired after several visits of the chief secretary office but no authority heard her complaint.The court accept Hina Ehtasham’s petition for hearing and ordered the chief secretary to resolve the issue within 15 days.
